Questions about ordering, delivery and refunds

Before you buy
It breaks the terms of service of every platform we sell for, and no panel can change that. Platforms act on accounts for buying engagement without saying which ones or when, and we cannot appeal or reverse a decision they make. That risk sits with you, so think hard before ordering on an account you earn from.
No. Every service takes a public link and nothing else, we request no permission on your account, and we never post from it. If a message claiming to be from us asks for the password to a social account, it is not from us.
An SMM panel sells social media engagement in bulk, priced per 1,000 units. You buy credit onto a balance, pick a service, and paste the public link you want it delivered to. Status, start count and remaining quantity come back onto your order row until the order closes.
Non drop is a quality tier for services built to lose fewer units after delivery, not a promise that none disappear. A refill replaces dropped units free while the service's refill window is open, requested from the order row. Partial means delivery stopped short of the quantity you paid for, and the undelivered share goes back to your balance automatically. Start count is the number the link already had when delivery began, stored on the order so new units can be told from old ones. Remains is how many units of your order have not arrived yet, and it counts down while the order runs.
That depends on the service, and the description on the row is our network's rather than ours. Some services are described as real users and some are not. We do not add quality claims of our own that we cannot check.
Yes. Every account gets an API key on its account page, and /api/v2 supports add, status, multi-status, refill, refill status, cancel and balance in the response shape panel scripts already expect. Full documentation with copy-paste examples is on the API page.
Delivery and drops
Platforms remove accounts in batches, and any followers you gained from those accounts go with them, usually days or weeks after delivery rather than straight away. If the service carried a refill and the window is still open, request the refill from the order row and the missing units are replaced free. If the order shows Partial we have already put the undelivered share back on your balance, and if the service had no refill and the order completed, the drop is not refundable.
Your order reaches our network within seconds of you placing it, and the network decides when delivery begins. Most services say they start within about 30 minutes. Each row shows the average time from recent orders, which is a record of what already happened and not a deadline.
Pending means the order is queued and delivery has not started. We read status back from our network once a day, so an order row can sit unchanged for up to 24 hours before it moves. If it has been longer than that, open a ticket with the order id.
Services that allow cancellation are marked with it on their row, and cancelling before delivery starts returns the full charge to your balance. Once delivery has begun the units have gone to that link, so an order placed on the wrong link, post or account is not refundable. Check the link before you press order.
No. The link has to be public when you order and stay public until delivery finishes. If the account goes private, the post is deleted or the link changes while the order is running, delivery stops, and that is not refundable.
Paying and refunds
$10.70. That buys $10.00 of credit plus the $0.70 processing fee. Plenty of services cost under a dollar for 1,000 units, so one package covers several orders.
Our payment company takes a cut of every payment, and we show it as its own line instead of raising every service price to cover it quietly. The fee is $0.70 on the $10 package, and on the others $1.00 or 3.5% of the package, whichever is larger. So the $10 package costs $10.70 and the $100 package costs $103.50.
No. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay through Revolut, or a payment arranged by hand with support. If crypto is your only way to pay, this panel will not work for you.
No. Credit is prepaid balance for placing orders on this panel, it does not expire, and refunds from cancelled and partial orders return to it. The one exception is written into the refund policy: if we close your account and you have not breached the terms, we return what is left.
