Twitch SMM panel
A Twitch live viewer count measures how many accounts are connected to the stream at that moment. It is not a total of how many people watched, which is why viewer services everywhere are priced by how long the accounts stay rather than by a flat number per 1,000. Twitch also calculates average concurrent viewers over a stream, and that average is the figure the Affiliate and Partner programmes are judged on.
Followers are a different object again: they attach to the channel and persist, and they are the number a visitor sees under the channel name.

Twitch live stream viewers
Viewer services hold accounts in a stream for a fixed window, and the rate follows the window rather than the count alone. When the window ends the accounts leave and the number falls back to whatever is genuinely watching. Order against the channel link while the stream is running.
Twitch followers
Followers attach to the channel and stay after the stream ends. They are the number under the channel name and the one that moves a channel toward Affiliate. They are also the number Twitch audits, so cheaper follower servers shed accounts in the weeks after delivery.

Which Twitch link to paste
Followers take the channel link. Live viewers take the channel link while the stream is running.
The channel has to be public. A subscriber-only stream cannot be reached.
Keep the profile, post or stream public until delivery finishes. Anything that hides it stops the order.
Delivery speed
Viewer services are effectively instant, because the job is done once the accounts are in the room. Follower services run slower.

Refills, partial orders and refunds
Twitch audits follower counts and removes accounts in batches. Viewer counts do not drop in that sense: they end when the window you paid for ends.

What we never ask for
Buying viewers or followers breaks Twitch's terms of service, and Twitch can remove a channel from the Affiliate or Partner programme. On this platform that means losing revenue rather than losing a number. That consequence sits with you.
We never ask for a Twitch password and we request no permissions on a channel.
